Stayed in a King premium ocean view room and it was great. Was on 8th floor and could look out at ocean from bed. What a view. Loved the balcony and lounge chairs as well. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Nice enough bath and small kitchenette was great. The hotel is a little older but I loved it. The pool was very nice as well.

We stayed at the Beachcomber for 3 nights July 2010 and loved it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed every meal. We had the European room and it was much larger than we expected with a microwave and refrigerator. Of course, the beach was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay again.

the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Afer a room problem(balcony door would not close) a new room was made immediately available. AccommodATIONS WERE EXCELLENT WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. Room service breakfast was served timelyand food was much better than average, An excellent value

This place is really nice. Clean and not typical room furnishings. Fancy furnishings. Do not do the bed and breakfast package. For this package you get a small menu and not alot of choices. Go with the reg breakfast. Stingers Pizza across the street is great try it out! The pool temp and cleanliness was great!

We did not get the room type we were promised (and paid for), and we later found out the desk clerk put comments in their computer that they offered us the original room and I declined. The conversation didn't happen. The icing on the cake is that the morning we were going to check out, my husband turned on the bathroom light, and a cockroach was on the floor! My husband caught it with a cup and left it in the bathroom for the cleaning staff to dispose of. I then went to unplug my phone near the bed, and one was by my feet! It ran, I screamed, and later I noticed I had three cockroach bites on my ankle and foot (the bites were not there when I went to sleep the night before). That means at least one was in the bed with us!!! The bathroom pocket door wouldn't come out of the wall, so we had to shut the closet door to go to the bathroom (you had to walk through the closet to get to the bathroom). The bathroom looks like it needed a thorough cleaning, and the towels were equivalent to thin rags. Some of the "clean" towels even had yellow and green stains on them. DON'T STAY HERE! We would have left if we were not on a time crunch for wedding rehearsal and ceremony activities. We didn't have time to search out a new place once we arrived. The managers are not willing to work with me to compensate us for our stay. They told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company if I didn't like what they offered. I don't think they thought I would take the time, but I did right away.
